What kind of experience can you offer them when they deal with you? How can you earn their loyalty?
Connection is going to be key as we move into the future. Forming meaningful relationships with clients as well as other business owners will create a community around your small business. Knowing that you are a part of something bigger than just your business can give you the confidence to learn and grow. Networking will give you the chance to meet new people and create new opportunities.
